Maintenance Agreements

Thank you for trusting in us as your HVAC service and installation company. Preventative maintenance is a very important part of keeping your heating & cooling equipment operating efficiently and safely. A preventive maintenance program will keep manufacturer warranties valid and give you peace of mind that your equipment is ready to keep you comfortable and is not wasting electricity or gas. A preventative maintenance program is not an insurance policy or an extended warranty. Custom Cooling & Heating, INC will perform service on your HVAC equipment with a skilled, qualified technician during normal business hours. We offer three plans to serve you: Bronze, Silver & Gold.
Bronze: 2 visits by Custom Cooling & Heating per year
  • Semi –annual Clean & Tune on equipment (Spring check for cooling and Fall check for heating)
    *** Outdoor condenser cleaned with water
  • 1” filter - changed 2 times per year & leave 1 extra for homeowner to change
  • Prompt priority service
  • 10% discount on repairs (materials and labor)
Silver: 2 visits by Custom Cooling & Heating per year
  • Bronze coverage plus
    *** Outdoor condenser cleaned with foaming coil cleaner
  • 10% discount on accessories
Gold: 4 visits by Custom Cooling & Heating per year
  • Silver coverage plus
  • 2 service calls to check operation and change filter (4X per year filter change)
  • 5% discount on replacement equipment (Furnace, A/C, Heat Pump, Coil, & complete system)
All service to humidifiers, dehumidifiers, UV lights, Air Purifiers, Media filters, Aprilaire filters, & specialty filters are extra – unless mentioned above.
